The military sweater is known by another name, which is the officer sweater. It must be manufactured according to the needs of the user. The materials used in the manufacture of the military sweater; 50/50 100% acrylic / acrylic wool, 80/20 wool / acrylic, 100% cotton, 50/50 cotton / acrylic, 30/70 wool / acrylic, 50% wool. The fabric is made of 50% acrylic yarn. Military sweaters used for making ropes must not be previously used from recycled materials.
The military sweater is crafted in a V-neck and round neck. With the presence of elbow sweaters and shoulder pads. Tone sweater fabric is assumed to be 6 reinforcement fabrics. Moreover, must be supplemented with the desired properties for woolen knits. Neutron Gear meets the properties, and the required manufacturing specifications, that make the military sweater as durable as possible. After selecting the appropriate materials to the technical specifications of the army and the police, checking the error that may occur when planting the completed sweater, is also important.
THE GABARDINE FABRIC USED BY NEUTRON GEAR
First, we must introduce Gabardine fabric, which is one of the main fabrics used in the manufacture of the military sweater of Neutron Gear. Gabardine is generally predefined as a stiff, tightly woven fabric supported by a twill weave recognizable by the diagonals visible on the spot. From wool, it immediately became cotton-based, perhaps cooler than before, but remarkably cheaper, and extremely softer to the touch.
It turns out that nowadays, multiple compositions of gabardines in natural, synthetic, or mixed fibers exist. Gabardine is a rather thick, compact, dense fabric, and has an admirable drape, too, with a firm to rigid hold and presence depending on its weight. The gabardine is not very crumpled and gives rise to a discreetly water-repellent result. Gabardine is easy to sew and handle. Little compressible, is perfect for the folded seams of jackets and coats. However, although it is a material with a certain impermeability, cotton fabric is nonetheless a very interesting raw material from a design point of view.
THE QUALITY CONTROL OF MILITARY SWEATERS
Quality control is done according to order specifications, materials must be convenient. Checking for problems, if any, relating to the conditions of knitting, and sewing is very important to us. In our quality control laboratories, we inspect and repair seam defects, sewing machine defects, seam laps, and weak weaving due to thread. In addition, we check the application of shoulder pads in the wrong direction, disobeying technical specifications, wrong or missing information on the sticker, iron or trail burns, and packaging as well.
