The method of material properties of the band of military hats must be polyethylene. The weight of a military hat must not exceed 50 g. The hardness must be 52 + 3 Shore-D. The functional test carried out on the hats must ensure that they must not break, crack, or twist. According to the first aspect, this thermal resistance test applied to hats must not be softened and weakened. Moreover, the caps, according to the first aspect, must not be broken and hardened, when applied to the cold resistance test. There must be no color identification and fuzzy color on the military hat dye stability test.
MILITARY HATS HOOP FEATURES
The color of the pulley, on military hats, must be at least, three colors different from those of the hat. The bonnet pulley used in SAE 1070 requires the use of quality steel metal bands. Most should be 2.2 + 0.2mm. The thickness should be 0.7 + 0.1 mm. It must be covered. The type of coating material should be polyethylene. The thickness of the coated material must be between 0.5 and 0.7 mm. The material type of the clips should be polyethylene or polyamide. VISOR FEATURES OF MILITARY HATS
The color shade of the military hat, between the color difference of the shield material, must be at least 4-5. The thickness of the substrate should be 2 + 0.1 mm, and the layers are glued together. The top and bottom layers are sewn together with the shiny artificial leather band on the convex side. The number of stitches in the seam is 10 cm. The fusion must be 30 + 5 pieces.
