BREVETS
Military brevets are used to give an officer a higher rank title as a reward for courage or meritorious conduct. However, they cannot confer the authority, precedence, or remuneration of a real rank. Military brevets should not be confused with major state brevets, which are a reward in French-speaking European military circles, and with temporary commissions.
In the system where an officer was traditionally promoted within his regiment, a commission gave him a rank in the army, generally higher than that held before. He often accepted payment, the right to command, and the uniform of higher rank. Military brevets could also recognize acts of audacity and heroism from the soldiers. The brevets were lavishly given as a reward for important success. During the 19th century, this developed into a motif evoking remarkable doubt and controversy.

What Kind of Materials Are Used in the Brevets Production?
Military brevets must be made of the highest quality materials. One of the most important characteristics of fabrics is their resilience. We use ripstop fabric, which is a rigid material that is resistant to warping, heat, and abrasion. Furthermore, the brevets that we manufacture in our factories are water-resistant. Tests are also carried out to penetrate the water under pressure.
The antiseptic trait is described by the capacity of a product to destroy or regulate bacteria. This is because of the efficiency in neutralizing viruses and fungi (including molds) preserving human health. We also use metal in the brevets production. We have two types of metal brevets: full-size, and mini (1/2 reduced). The full-length metal version is used for daily uniform with a jacket or ceremony dress. Mini brevets are used for workwear with a shirt and embroidered fabric in training camouflage clothing.
Where to Place The Military Brevets?
They are mostly placed just above the ribbon brevet on the left pocket. For example, some continental command brevets are worn in the right pocket. Navy brevets (such as submarine and diver badges) are also attached to the second and third bottom buttons on the left side of the jacket. The symbol of unity and brevets is always misunderstood among the staff. The symbol of unity is the symbol of the first unit attached to the personnel. It’s attached to the left pocket. It’s designed as a rather large shield in general. For example, because each force command has a union symbol, the army or corps commands or training and education commands also have union symbols under them.
